I support teens and adults who face stress or challenges in learning, work, or life.

My background combines psychotherapy and education, which informs a collaborative, supportive approach that helps you gain insight, build practical skills, and strengthen confidence as you navigate your goals and everyday demands.

Together, we can explore what’s getting in the way, build on your strengths, and consider helpful ways forward that fit your unique needs and circumstances.

Areas of Focus:

Well-Being & Coping

Building motivation and confidence; handling stress and anxious feelings; creating and sustaining helpful habits and routines; and juggling busy schedules and competing demands.

Academic & Life Transitions

Navigating the demands of high school, post-secondary, and professional education; adapting to new, changing, or challenging responsibilities at school, work, or life; strengthening self-management skills for continued growth and success; and developing effective study and test-taking skills.

Executive Functioning

Strengthening focus and attention; prioritizing tasks, setting goals, and making effective plans; building organization and productivity skills to manage responsibilities; and improving follow-through while overcoming procrastination.

Neurodiversity & Mental Health

Understanding and managing the impacts of ADHD, learning differences, and disabilities; support school, work, and life goals with mental health in mind.
